Subscription Refunds

TurboDeploy offers digital subscription-based services. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We do not provide refunds for:

Partial subscription periods
Unused time or features
Account cancellation after billing
Downgrades or plan changes

Free Trial & Evaluation

Users are encouraged to evaluate TurboDeploy through any available free tier or trial before purchasing a paid subscription.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if there is a proven technical issue that prevents the Service from functioning as described and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our merchant of record. Any chargebacks or payment disputes are handled in accordance with Paddle's policies. Please note that Paddle maintains a strict 14-day minimum refund policy.
